What is one workflow worth?

A conservative estimate. Replace the example inputs with your own numbers, and treat the result as a starting point for the Audit, not a promise.

Read This Before You Quote It

Capacity is not cash.

The capacity figure is labor time freed, valued at what that time costs you. It turns into money only when it changes something: a hire you no longer need to make, growth absorbed without adding staff, faster response that keeps clients, or people moved to work that brings in revenue. If none of those happen, the benefit is real but it will not show up on the P&L. The Audit names which one applies to you.

This calculator is also conservative in three ways many ROI pitches are not:

  • Adoption ramps. Benefit grows over the adoption months instead of starting at 100% on launch day.
  • Review time counts. Checking, correcting, and escalations reduce the time freed.
  • Run cost is charged in full from month one, including the months still ramping.

In the Audit, the inputs come from your own workflows: measured volumes and minutes, your loaded costs, a run cost priced for the actual design, and a review rate taken from testing the prototype on your past work. How we test.

Replace the estimates with measurements.

The Audit builds this model from your real workflows, then tests the top candidate on your own data.
