About WaiveFlow
We close the gap between AI adoption and AI results.
Most businesses have adopted AI tools. Few have connected them to real workflows with governance, measurement, and compliance controls. That is the gap we close.
Why WaiveFlow Exists
58% of small businesses use generative AI. But the vast majority are using it for ad hoc tasks — disconnected from the systems that actually run their operations. No integration with CRMs or case management. No AI usage policy. No measurement of whether it is working.
Meanwhile, CIOs and business owners are growing skeptical. Proof-of-concept failure rates are high. Consultants deliver strategy decks that collect dust. And the regulatory landscape is shifting fast — GLBA, state AI legislation, and industry-specific compliance requirements are creating real liability for ungoverned AI usage.
WaiveFlow was built to solve this specific problem. We are not a strategy firm. We are an AI systems integrator. We connect AI to your real workflows, your real systems, and your real compliance requirements — and we prove it works with measurable ROI.
How We Work
Every engagement follows a disciplined ladder designed to minimize risk and maximize accountability:
Sprint: 2 weeks. We map your workflows, identify the highest-ROI AI opportunities, build an implementation backlog, and deliver a draft AI usage policy. The Sprint ends with a go/no-go decision point. If AI is not the right fit for a specific workflow, we say so — and you keep the roadmap.
Build: Fixed-scope implementation packs for proven workflow patterns — intake and triage, document processing, knowledge assistants, or Copilot governance. Each pack ships with integrations, security controls, audit logging, staff training, and acceptance testing.
Operate: Managed AI operations on a monthly retainer. Monitoring, performance evaluation, prompt and model changes, cost controls, incident response, governance updates, and a quarterly roadmap for new use cases.
What We Believe
AI without governance is a liability. Every implementation includes documented policies, audit trails, access controls, and human-in-the-loop validation for high-stakes decisions. We align with NIST AI Risk Management Framework principles and build for regulated environments from day one.
If you cannot measure it, it is not working. Every engagement has defined KPIs, monthly performance reporting, and documented ROI. Only 20% of firms measure their AI ROI today. We refuse to deploy systems that cannot prove their value.
The no-go is as valuable as the go. Our Sprint is designed with a clean exit. If the analysis shows AI is not the right fit for a workflow, we tell you directly. That saves you a failed implementation and preserves your budget for where it will actually work.
Workflows, not tools. Anyone can install an AI tool. The value is in connecting it to your systems of record, redesigning the workflow around it, training your team, and operating it safely in production. That is what we do.
Who We Work With
Our primary focus is businesses with 10–200 employees in regulated or operationally complex industries. We have deep expertise in:
- Insurance agencies — GLBA Safeguards Rule compliance, AMS integration, carrier workflows, policy and claims document processing
- Accounting and tax firms — AI governance for professional services, document classification, knowledge management, client intake automation
We also work with law firms, healthcare practices, and other professional services firms where compliance requirements, document volumes, and multi-system workflows create the highest ROI for structured AI integration.
